Concordia students constructing mural for Christmas Concert

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - The backdrop to a popular Holiday event is beginning to take shape.

The backdrop to a popular Holiday event is beginning to take shape. A team of people is working on the huge mural for the Concordia College Christmas Concert. Today, the murals are being attached to the frames. When it's complete the backdrop will be 24 feet tall by 170 feet wide. The theme this year is, "Today, Heaven Sings." The artist is Paul Johnson from Pelican Rapids. The mural will focus on the creation story, and will feature animals from frozen tundra to the desert.
