    Battle Lake school officials accepted the honor in Washington DC, and today the town honored its school with a big Blue Ribbon Celebration.

A huge honor and celebration in Battle Lake, Minnesota. The school is being honored nationally as a Blue Ribbon School, the top award for a school. Every year since 1982, the Department of Education has searched out the best schools in America. 305 are being honored. Battle Lake school officials accepted the honor in Washington DC, and today the town honored its school with a big Blue Ribbon Celebration.
