(WDAY TV) - 1 of the 2 former Lake-Park Audubon girls basketball coaches, involved in a misconduct case with former players, has pleaded guilty to charges in court.

34-year old Andrew Patrick Schwan agreed to a plea deal yesterday. He'll serve a maximum of 10 days in jail, register as a predatory offender for 10 years and have no contact with the players.

Schwan and Darrin Myhre resigned from the school after they were accused of giving girls alcohol and fondling them in a St. Cloud hotel during a basketball trip. Sentencing for Schwan is set for January 5th.
