Teens accused of leading West Fargo Police on a chase

West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Four teenagers are accused of leading West Fargo police on a chase. 19-year old Lionel Fraction Jr. is in custody on an outstanding warrant.

West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Four teenagers are accused of leading West Fargo police on a chase. 19-year old Lionel Fraction Jr. is in custody on an outstanding warrant.

A 17-year old from Fargo faces five charges including fleeing, hit and run, and DUI. Another minor is cited for violating curfew.

Police tried to stop the suspects in a speeding vehicle. They used emergency equipment, but the car made several quick, abrupt turns to avoid capture.

The car lost control and hit a stop sign. That pursuit lasted several blocks until officers set up a road block.
