Man with dementia who left home Friday found today after car accident

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – An 88-year-old man with dementia who left in a vehicle Friday from here was found Saturday after getting into a car accident near Brainerd.

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – An 88-year-old man with dementia who left in a vehicle Friday from here was found today after getting into a car accident near Brainerd.

George Alfred Hanson received a minor leg injury and was taken to Essentia Hospital in St. Joseph, according to a press release by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office. His condition is thought to be non-life threatening.
