Mandan man faces list of charges after Jamestown standoff

An update on Wednesday's standoff in downtown Jamestown. 30 year-old Jeremy Blum of Mandan faces a long list of charges. He was originally pulled over for a traffic violation, but took off. Blum then held a gun to his head during the nearly 2 hour standoff. He eventually gave himself up.

Blum has outstanding warrants in North Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado for charges ranging from DUI and reckless endangerment to felon with a firearm and possessing drug paraphernalia.
