Fargo schools official pleads not guilty to DUI

FARGO – Broc Lietz, business manager for Fargo Public Schools, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to court records, Lietz, 40, of Casselton, N.D., was arrested by a state trooper at 11:16 p.m. on Oct. 8 as he was driving north on Highway 18 in Cass County.
A DUI charge, a Class B misdemeanor, was filed in Cass County District Court on Oct. 10. Lietz made his first court appearance at an arraignment Wednesday.
Neither Lietz nor his lawyer could be reached for comment Wednesday.
