Pelican Rapids man dies after falling from party bus

Erhard, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Pelican Rapids man has died from injuries he suffered when he fell off a party bus over Halloween weekend near Erhard.
Authorities say 24-year-old Raul Patino died from a traumatic brain injury. His death was ruled accidental. The Otter Tail County sheriff's office says alcohol is believed to be a factor.
No charges are likely since authorities don't believe the driver or passengers knew Patino fell out of the bus.
