BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Maddock man who sells grain dryers and parts has been ordered to stop doing business in North Dakota, and criminal fraud charges are being filed against him.

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (STEN'-juhm) says Michael Jelle allegedly solicited and accepted more than $190,000 for products he failed to deliver. Stenehjem has issued a "cease and desist" order against Jelle and says Benson County prosecutors also are charging Jelle for his business conduct.

Jelle has been doing business as The Dryer Guy. His attorney was not immediately available for comment on Wednesday.
