Crash in western North Dakota kills Texas man
PARSHALL, N.D. (AP) — A weekend rollover crash in western North Dakota killed the driver and injured two passengers.

The Highway Patrol says 35-year-old David Jimenez of Edinburg, Texas, was behind the wheel of a pickup truck that went out of control on a curve about 1 a.m. Saturday and rolled several times in the ditch. It happened on a road leading from Parshall to a cabin site on Lake Sakakawea's Parshall Bay. Jimenez was thrown from the pickup and died.
Two of the three passengers in the pickup were injured. All of the passengers also are from Edinburg.
