2 hurt in motorcycle crash on Hopkins bike trail
HOPKINS, Minn. — Authorities say two people have been hurt when the motorcycle they were on crashed during an illegal ride on the Regional Bike Trail near the Hopkins-St. Louis Park border.

Hopkins police responded to a report of a motorcycle crash about 7:15 a.m. Sunday and found a 24-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman lying injured next to Minnehaha Creek
Hopkins police Sgt. Michael Glassberg tells the Star Tribune that the pair and their motorcycle had fallen 32 feet from a trail bridge.
Police say unsafe speed appears to have been a factor in the crash. The injured pair were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. They were not identified.
