Locked out ACS workers to vote Tuesday

Locked out Union workers will vote tomorrow on the latest proposal from American Crystal Sugar. Workers in Moorhead will vote at the National Guard Armory at 1 PM. After all votes are cast, union members will hold a meeting in Grand Forks will determine if it's a yes or no vote. Moorhead's head steward says there is a lot of language in the contract that is still not up to the union's standards.

Ross Perrin – Union Rep: “It’s a you are going to loose a few, that have been out of work for three months you know without any pay, you are going to loose a few of them, but for the most part I think for the most part we are still standing pretty strong.”

Crystal Sugar officials say they hope the union members will accept the new contract.
