A not guilty plea today from a Texas woman accused in a fatal accident on the air guard base in North Fargo. 32 year-old Mary Burns of Dayton, Texas faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted of manslaughter. She's accused of driving drunk and speeding in the September 14th crash. Authorities say Burns missed a curve and her pickup hit an embankment, went airborne and crashed through a fence. Her friend, 55 year old Harold Pinkney Jr. of Ohio was killed in the crash. Burns also pleaded not guilty to drunken driving and hit-and-run in a separate incident in August. She remains jailed on $50,000 bond.
