VCSU, Dakota Wesleyan still ranked in NAIA Top 25

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Valley City State remains No. 16 in this week's NAIA football coaches' poll, while Dakota Wesleyan has slipped from 19th to 23rd.

They are the only two Dakotas teams ranked in the NAIA. VCSU on Saturday beat Jamestown 28-9, while Dakota Wesleyan lost to Doane 33-28. The Nebraska school is No. 17 in this week's poll.

Saint Xavier in Illinois remains No. 1.
