CARRINGTON, N.D. (AP) — Five Carrington students were treated for stomach pain, back pain and soreness after a school bus went off the road.

The Jamestown Sun reports (http://bit.ly/nb222C ) that the bus went off the road at a gravel road T-intersection Tuesday morning and continued onto a prairie trail, jostling the students. The bus did not have seat belts.

The students were taken to a Carrington medical center. One later was taken to a Fargo hospital and another to a Bismarck hospital for further treatment.

Carrington Superintendent Brian Duchscherer says the substitute driver who was at the wheel of the bus won't be driving for the school district until further notice. The bus wasn't damaged.
