BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The last of three people accused in a marijuana conspiracy on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation earlier this year has been sentenced.

Forty-two-year-old Ramona Allery of Belcourt was given two years of probation. U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Allery pleaded guilty to conspiracy and drug distribution charges in May.

Derrick Allery was sentenced in August to two years of supervised release on the same charges. John Allery also was sentenced in August, to one month in federal prison and three years on supervised release.

It was not immediately clear how the Allerys are related.
