North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple is meeting with other Midwest officials to tackle Missouri River flooding concerns. Here's what that flooding looked like near Bismarck. Dalrymple will meet the senior aides and governors from Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming on Monday in Omaha. They'll hear an update from the U-S Army Corps of Engineers; it’s changing its operation plan for the river next year. FEMA representatives will also be there, outlining emergency preparations it has planned.
