LITTLE FALLS, Minn. (AP) — A Hutchinson man is charged in a fatal shooting which investigators say he tried to cover up by setting a mobile home on fire.
Thirty-six-year-old Jason Ray Dominguez is accused of killing 30-year-old Dustin Brown in a fight over money. A criminal complaint says Dominguez, his girlfriend and three children paid Brown a visit at his mobile home in Little Falls. It says Dominquez then drove back to Hutchinson, got a handgun, returned to Brown's home and shot him seven times before starting the house on fire early Monday.
WJON (http://bit.ly/qiv04r) reports the complaint says Dominguez's girlfriend led investigators to where Dominquez had buried the gun.
Dominguez is charged with second-degree murder and is being held in the Morrison County Jail.
