Fargo FEMA maps delayed

You'll have to wait a little longer to get one of the new FEMA flood maps. They were supposed to be available today, but the city of Fargo did not receive them City officials say now it'll probably be sometime next week. FEMA revised the 100 year floodplain map for Fargo. Because of the revision, many properties will be added to the floodplain. Homeowners who are added into this zone, and have a federally backed mortgage will be required to purchase flood insurance.
