The spotlight of major league baseball will be shining on Yankee Stadium tomorrow night as the pin-stripes host the rival Red Sox, but prior to the game all the talk will be about Roger Maris.

Welcome to Yankee Stadium where tomorrow at this time the Maris family will be on this field to hear the cheers their father never did when he broke Babe Ruth's record.

Kevin Maris – Roger’s Son: “They'll be some emotion. It's a very special time. We've heard so many stories and watched the movies and to come back it's always a thrill and to recognize Dad for his accomplishment, 61 homeruns, the way he played for the Yanks, they'll be a lot of emotion.”

Randy Maris – Roger’s Son: “We'll shed a few tears too. It's one great thing the Steinbrenner's are doing for my father. Their father George retired Dad's number in the 80's and that meant so much to my Dad. I think everyone looks back at what Dad did, not only with the record but how he contributed to the team.”
