A statement made by a man facing 2 murder charges in Moorhead will be allowed at trial. Police say 38 year old Tracy Zornes told them moments before giving a DNA sample, "This isn't anything sexual." Prosecutors have said the comment is crucial to their case. Defense attorneys appealed on the grounds it led to an illegal search. Zornes was arrested 2 weeks after the killings of John Cadotte and Megan Londo, in Moorhead in February of 2010.
