Oakes man killed in farm accident
Oakes, ND (WDAY TV) - A farm accident in Dickey County has claimed the life of a rural Oakes man.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
A farm accident in Dickey County has claimed the life of a rural Oakes man. The Sheriff identified the victim as 87 year old Henry Frojen. He says just after 7 Sunday morning Frojen hit a hay grinder on his property and got confused. He suffered with dementia. When he backed up the truck he fell partially out and was dragged through a cornfield. A family member witnessed the incident and called authorities. Frojen was pronounced dead at the scene.
