Napolean, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Napoleon rancher will plead guilty to selling mortgaged cattle, horses and vehicles then keeping the money.

Napolean, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Napoleon rancher will plead guilty to selling mortgaged cattle, horses and vehicles then keeping the money. Quinton Osborn is charged with conversion of mortgaged property. He faces five years in prison. Prosecutors say the transactions totaled more than 115 thousand dollars. Much of it for sales to livestock barns in the Dakotas. Osborn is accused of crossing off Farm Service Agency from checks and depositing them into his account.
