Costco Wholesale is eyeing down property to put a store right here in North Dakota.
West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Costco is one step closer to coming to the metro. West Fargo planning commissioners approved a rezoning request from developers for the store to build in the area of I-94 and veterans boulevard.
The wholesalers has signed a binding purchase agreement for more than 18 acres in that area. The store is expected to open in November of 2012 and will be the first Costco in the state of North Dakota.
