We heard it throughout fall camp that the Bison needed to utilize the passing game...they did that in a big way tonight with touchdown passes of 57 and 67 yards as the Bison win their season opener for the second straight year.

Craig Bohl – Bison Head Coach: “Warren Holloway talks about being an old car you gotta start it up and let it run for a while, and he'll make some big plays out there and the old car had a big night.”

Warren Halloway: “My adrenaline was going, thinking about nothing but just playing, excited to be out there, haven't played since Eastern Washington, just excited to be back out there.”

Brock Jensen: “I thought it was a big improvement. We were just able to take advantage of the play action, able to run the ball efficiently that's what happens off the play action game and take advantage of it.”

The news wasn't all good for NDSU, redshirt freshman wide receiver Zach Vraa broke his collarbone, it's the opposite collarbone that the former Mr. Football winner broke last fall, his status going forward is uncertain for NDSU.
