DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A 30-year-old Dickinson woman has pleaded guilty to delivering and possession of methamphetamine.

The Dickinson Press reports that Jeanifer Meyer-Dutton pleaded guilty to two counts of delivering methamphetamine, possession of meth and theft of property during a hearing at the Stark County Courthouse Friday.

Meyer-Dutton will serve three years in jail and five years of supervised probation.

Court documents say Meyer-Dutton delivered about 3.5 grams of meth to a confidential informant in September 2010. Officials say she also stole about $950 in merchandise from Wal-Mart in July 2010.

A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed as part of the plea deal.
