BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Colorado truck driver has been ordered to pay a $70 fine for striking a North Dakota woman in an alleged road rage incident.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles S. Miller Jr. found Kenneth Eugene Casebolt guilty of disorderly conduct after a bench trial this week in Bismarck.

The incident occurred on July 14 near New Town. Authorities say the 59-year-old hit Brandee Brugh in the face because he was unhappy that Brugh had passed him on the shoulder of the road.

Casebolt allegedly got out of his semitrailer when traffic was backed up on the road.
