A follow-up to a murder conviction in Fargo. A Fargo attorney says there wasn't enough evidence for jurors to convict Michael Nakvinda. Mark Blumer says there was no evidence Nakvinda was ever in Fargo, when Philip Gatusso was beaten to death in October of 2009. Justices will rule on the appeal later. Nakvinda was the handyman for Gene Kirkpatrick, who was convicted in July of being the mastermind of the killing. He'll be sentenced October 10th.
