South Fargo crash sends two people to hospital

A south Fargo crash sent two people to the hospital just before the noon hour. Police say a car and pick up were heading south on University approaching 11th avenue south. They say the driver of the pick up made an illegal left turn from the right lane, and t-boned the car, pinning it against a tree.

Sergeant Bill Ahlfeldt: “This individual thought they were on a two-way instead of a one way and went to make a left hand turn and didn't realize there was a vehicle behind him. Just always be aware of where you're at.”

Both people inside the car were taken to the hospital. No word on the extent of the injuries. The pick-up driver wasn't injured.
