High risk sex offender now has permanent address

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A high-risk sex offender who was living near the Red River in downtown Fargo, now has a permanent address.
24-year old Jesse James Syverson is now living at 1002 28th Street North in Fargo. He was convicted of two counts of possessing child porn and required to register as a sex offender.
Syverson is a lifetime registrant.
