FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A pilot from LaMoure is hospitalized in critical condition in Fargo after his crop duster crashed in southeast North Dakota's Dickey County.

North Dakota Highway Patrol Sgt. Josh Rude tells The Forum newspaper (http://bit.ly/ncd3ME) that 46-year-old David Lux suffered a head injury and pesticide contamination in the crash Tuesday night. He was taken to a hospital in Aberdeen, S.D., and then flown to Fargo.

Rude says it appears that a wing of Lux's plane clipped a tree.
