BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bond has been set at $2,500 for the mother of three children who had to be rescued from an apartment in Bismarck that was filled with smoke from a stove fire.

Thirty-three-year-old Andrea Johnson faces three counts of felony child neglect for allegedly being drunk when a pot caught fire on the stove. It was unclear if she had an attorney, and a telephone listing for her could not be found in Bismarck.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/pNDMA9 ) that firefighters broke down the door and rescued Johnson and her 11-, 8- and 4-year-old children in the early morning hours Sunday after responding to a report of smoke.

Johnson said in court that her children are staying with their father.
