Many are wondering what 2nd year Coach Kevin Feeney can do for an encore with the Spuds? One thing is for certain, the coach and his team will be better prepared for opening night.
Erik Bye - Moorhead Sr. Linebacker: “In our team camp this year, we were miles ahead of where we were last year. We knew all the plays and what to do on most of the plays. So, it went a lot better.”
Kevin Feeney - Moorhead Head Coach: “I think there's just a lot more comfort level from our staff all the way down to our players. It's nice actually having film before the season. So, you can put everything into the computers and have an idea of what we're going to see week to week instead of showing up Saturday and Sunday, trying to figure out who the heck and what the heck we have to stop.”
It's a new week and we've got more and more teams to get a look at before the season begins, we'll be at Shanley and North later this week. We'll take you right up to opening night, the 26th, your leader for high school football.
