Several roads near Cooperstown damaged by heavy rains

This is one of several roads near Cooperstown where heavy rains were too much for the culverts. FEMA has assessed the damage.
Township officials hope federal funds cover the thousands of dollars to make repairs. Farmers depend on many of these roads to access fields.
