Fairbanks Murder Trial: Total number of jurors seated up to 9

It brings the total of jurors seated to 9. The goal is 15, including alternates.
Fairbanks is charged with shooting Mahnomen County Sheriff's Deputy Christopher Dewey in February of
2009. Dewey died a year ago yesterday, from complications to his injuries.
Once a jury is seated, the trial likely will take up to 3-weeks before the jury begins deliberations.
