For many people, We Fest 2011 is one they will never forget…and not in a good way. Authorities arrested 25 people for drunk driving during We Fest weekend in Detroit Lakes. 23 people were cited for minor in possession of alcohol. Officers ticketed just 12 people for speeding while handing out nearly 150 warnings. 178 people were cited for seat belt violations. We Fest wrapped up late Saturday night.
