FEMA agents set up disaster recovery center in Wahpeton

Richland county qualifies for federal disaster aid. If you are needing federal aid, FEMA officials will be in Wahpeton for a week. You're asked to the center and apply.

103-Million dollars of federal and state disaster aid has been approved for North Dakota.
