Minnesota hunters will have a few more regulations heading into this year's deer season. Licenses went on sale today. Hunters in parts of southeastern Minnesota will have to follow new guidelines after a harvest, including submitting samples to the DNR. There's also a new "hunters choice" rule where in certain locations a license lets you shoot one of either-sex deer. Overall, officials say deer numbers are right in line for where they'd like them.
