Moorhead Minn. (WDAY TV) - The owner of Pyromaniacs in Moorhead now faces four counts of selling fake pot.
The clay county attorneys office has brought charges against 22 year old Yassin Waleed Wazwaz, also known as Gino Lexani. He faces two counts of possessing and two counts of selling fake pot.
Pyromaniacs on Main Avenue in Moorhead was supposed to stop selling synthetic marijuana, after a new state law took effect July 1st.
Moorhead police went into the store on July 13th and confiscated 2-thousand bags of the banned substance.
