A Hawley man is pleading guilty in Federal court to illegally possessing three firearms.
Hawley, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Hawley man is pleading guilty in Federal court to illegally possessing three firearms. 48-year old Timothy Burnside was indicted in May after a number of firearms were found in his home.
Burnside was convicted three times in North Dakota for domestic violence and is prohibited under federal law from possessing firearms.
He faces up to 10-years in prison.
