ND woman charged with child abuse in car-ramming
EMERADO, N.D. (AP) — An Emerado woman is accused of repeatedly ramming her husband's car with her own while the couple's daughters were her passengers.
EMERADO, N.D. (AP) — An Emerado woman is accused of repeatedly ramming her husband's car with her own while the couple's daughters were her passengers.
The Grand Forks Herald reports that a conversation between Gloria and Scott Wippler turned heated Sunday and she allegedly followed his car and rammed it three times and pushing it past a stop sign and into an intersection.
Court records show Wippler's girlfriend was in the car with him.
Authorities charged 43-year-old Gloria Wippler with reckless endangerment and child abuse. A telephone message left for her attorney was not returned Monday.
Forty-eight-year-old Scott Wippler faces a felony charge for violating a protection order and having contact with Gloria Wippler.
