Rheault Farm hosts German Folk Festival

If you were looking for a parking spot at Rheault Farm in Fargo, you likely ran into trouble. Fargo Parks put on the German Folk Festival.

It featured music, including a band from Germany. Of course, what festival would be complete without German Cuisine, from Bratwursts to Sauerkraut to the German style pie Kuchen.

Allison Bakke – Fargo Park District – “We actually have quite a bit of German culture here in North Dakota. A lot in Grand Forks, a lot here in Fargo and just south of us as well. Just bringing it here to Fargo for everyone to enjoy the German music and enjoy the German culture.”

More than 1000 people attended.
