Cully's Kids surpasses fundraising goals

The seventh annual Cully's Kids Celebrity Weekend surpassed fundraising goals. Celebrities, sponsors, and volunteers reached new records with this year’s event. The total amount raised reached $429,685.00. There might also be more money coming in, so the total number might even reach higher. Founder Matt Cullen says he is thrilled with the total earnings.

Matt Cullen: “Well were just thrilled that everything went so well and you know were just really proud of everybody that's involved just for doing such a great job and of course there has been so many people in the community involved that its just become quite a good deal.”

All donations will benefit local children and their families who live with special care needs due to cancer and other diseases. The organization has raised more than two point three million dollars over the years.
