A glitch in court has lead to a slow start to jury selection in the Gene Kirkpatrick's murder trial. Court officials didn't have enough questionnaires for all 120 prospective jurors who reported for duty. Kirkpatrick is accused of hiring a hit man to kill his ex-son-in-law, Fargo dentist Phillip Gattuso two years ago. The Oklahoma man has been free on $1 million bail. A jury earlier this year convicted the hit man Michael Nakvinda of murder and three other charges. Kirkpatrick's trial is expected to last about 3 weeks.
