Skaters, bikers, and inline skaters come together for art. The Plains Art Museum in Fargo kicked off its first ever Ramp Jam.

Danielle Miller – Reporting – “This isn't your typical opening at the Plains Art Museum, but today hundreds came out for the first annual ramp jam.”

You may think this looks like a scene from the X-games but you’re wrong. It all happened right outside of the Plains Art Museum in hopes of bringing the skateboard and art community together.

Founder Cody Jacobson says he is excited about the turn out so far.

Cody Jacobson – Plains Art Museum Graphics Director – “Have a good time, come check out Plains Art Museum and get some different people out here and have a fun time on a summer day.”

The event included open course of ramps and rails for skateboards, bikes, and inline skates. Jacobson hopes this event will bring more people to the museum.
