ALBERTA, Minn. (AP) — Another son has been charged in connection with the death of a woman whose buried remains were unearthed in the backyard of her home in western Minnesota.

Twenty-five-year-old Dylan Clemens is charged in Stevens County with accessory after the fact to murder in the death of Tamara Lee Mason. Her decomposed remains were found Thursday buried at her home in Alberta.

Prosecutors say a 17-year-old relative strangled the woman on her living room floor last December. Then, he or Clemens' half-brother, 18-year-old Andrew Cobb, put a plastic bag over her head and tightened a belt around her neck. A complaint says Clemens drove her body to South Dakota, then east to Glenwood, Minn., before storing it in a garbage can in a shed on her property until the ground thawed. The Star Tribune says (http://bit.ly/q5CvXF ) the 17-year-old relative is charged in juvenile court.
