Redhawks falls to Pheasants

Sioux Falls, SD (WDAY TV) - One night after holding Sioux Falls to one hit and no runs in a victory, the Redhawks did a complete 180, giving up 14 hits and 14 runs in getting destroyed by the Pheasants. It's been a tough year to figure out if your Hawks manager Doug Simunic.

The game started out fantastic. Leadoff hitter Zach Penprase hit the 2nd pitch of the game over the right field fence for his 4th homer...1-0.

But after answering with 3 in the bottom of the first, Sioux Falls put up a 7 spot in inning two... Trevor “Foghorn” Lawhorn with the grand slam...7-1 pheasants..

Same inning....Francisco Leandro rips a another homer...Sioux Falls hit a granny, and 3-run shot, a 2-run shot and a solo homer.

The home run cycle in beating the Hawks 14-1.
