A young boy in Grand Forks helps Minot through a lemonade standFor one Grand Forks family, the flood in Minot hit close to home...
Eric Sandberg: "We're from Minot, our family is from Minot and they didn't really get affected by the flood but I have friends that got affected by the flood. And Logan watched it on TV, so he pretty much wanted to help everybody out."
So seven-year-old Logan set up a lemonade stand in his front yard. He's selling each cup for 50-cents, but in about two hours this afternoon he had already collected 50-dollars.
Logan: "I'm helping the people get back their houses."
Eric: "He's a caring kid, really caring kid, we loved the idea."
Logan: "Makes me feel good and makes me feel respectful."
Logan wants to help as many people in Minot as he can, so he's selling lemonade all weekend.
Reporter: "You kinda want to get people to come out here and help you tomorrow"
Reporter: "Come get your lemonade?"
Logan will be selling lemonade again tomorrow, in his front yard. That's at 6-0-7 Park Drive.
