BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man says a Minnesota company is liable for injuries he suffered while delivering concrete wall panels in Bismarck.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man says a Minnesota company is liable for injuries he suffered while delivering concrete wall panels in Bismarck.
Reed Boschee has filed a federal lawsuit accusing Fabcon, Inc. of negligence. Boschee says he fell into an unmarked hole filled with water and suffered serious damage to his right knee.
Boschee says Fabcon, which was installing the panels, failed clearly mark the hole.
Fabcon says any injuries were Boschee's fault and the Savage, Minn., company was not careless or negligent. The company is asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
