Police say all three appeared to have drowned. Foul play is not suspected and the deaths are not related to each other.
The body of 21-year-old Peter Aguilar of St. Paul was recovered June 6 near Fillmore Avenue and Ridder Circle. Investigators say he may have been near the Wabasha Bridge about 3 a.m. that day.
On July 3, authorities recovered the body of 44-year-old Felix Lopez of St. Paul near State Street and Alabama Street. He was last seen on his houseboat June 28th. Investigators believe he accidently fell in the river.
The body recovered on Tuesday near the Ford Dam was 19-year-old Glenn Cooper of Boise, Idaho. He went missing July 1 near the Hennepin Avenue Bridge in Minneapolis.
